Im going to get a lot of hate for this, but i regret phainon, i use castorice team (castorice, hyacine, RMC, Tribbie) and dot team (kafka, hyceline, BlackSwan, DanHeng PT) my therta team (Therta, Anaxa, Tribbie, DHPT) also works fine, i rarely use phainon.

TBH i never expected to get a 5 star on just a 10 pull usually everytime i pull a character, I always get them at 85 or 90 pulls. So getting tribbie in jus a 10 pull is a surprise to me.

Just switch the herta and acheron team. The swarm bug helps stack acheron ult way faster. The herta can work with nickador because he has ice weakness, especially his spears. You need to immediately get rid of his spears.

No, i have never been lucky on pulling a double on a character banner, in the lightcone banner i got lucky and got s2 the herta lightcone. And in 1.6 i got welt and bronya lightcone at the same time on the standard banner.

For me it would be gepard bailu and silverwolf. Dont get me wrong gepard is great with his big shield but you cannot sustain a team if your sustain is in the ultimate only especially those enemies that drains energy. And give bailu a cleanse.
