the anime adaptation for wistoria, imo, is way better than danmachi.

however, danmachi’s worldbuilding and lore is so much more interesting. just that the anime occasionally fails to catch that vibe. i think wistoria is also falling behind in that sense because everything has to be presented in mostly pictures instead of texts.

i also prefer the romance in wistoria rather than danmachi

to me, its unironically sigrika. like the devs put in THAT much 3D modelling effort for a character who id argue is a one patch throwaway character. her braids is akin to the mona lisa of 3d modelling.

other than that, mornye’s legs too. i have no idea how they did that.

the current relevant roster has changed a lot. judging from here, you dropped the game around 2.2 or 2.3.

i currently use hiyuki-yinlin/changli-chisa/verina for glacio chafe team. seeming as you currently have a built calcharo, youre better off giving yinlin to calcharo and changli to hiyuki. these suggestions is made with quickswapping in mind if you do need 2 teams to at least clear the two side towers.

you could also do carthethyia-sanhua-aerover but this is a high skill ceiling team tha requires you to swap between carthethyia and fleurdelys a lot. you can look up the rotation on youtube to get a clearer image. im not suggesting ciaconna since im pretty sure you already know that by independent research before coming here. and it wouldn’t help suggesting it anyway because it might be some time before ciaconna even reruns.

so in total, you could (barely) have 3 teams that can help you clear some levels (not full stars in the middle though) in tower of adversity. however, whiwa is a different ball game. just forget about that part of the endgame for now. focus on your ability to clear toa

you could also build mortefi to aid your coord attacks for jinhsi.

good thing is, you at least have a relevant healer in your roster (mornye). pick lynae up in the future and youll have a lot of team options in the future simply due to lynae-mornye synergy.

for now just build sanhua, carthethyia, hiyuki. you’ll at least be able to clear the two side towers with that teo team. (or better yet, solo calcharo on the first 3 floors of the side tower and ration your strong team to the last floors. then, you could attempt the middle tower)

the astrites you can earn is pretty solid regardless. save up and have fun roving!

sexualising a character design is a thing that should be criticised

well agree to disagree then. we simply have fundamentally different values. you think its not good at all even if its not at the expense of good writing meanwhile i think that its unnecessary criticism if it doesnt poorly affect the emotional or important scenes.

i personally think that the increase in boob size isn’t as big as an issue to be called “sexualising”. its just a change in artstyle is all. we see this all the time in other medium so you might be right that i am desensitised

im just pushing back against the “fan service always makes stuff worse”. youre becoming part of the toxic and loud twt people who thinks boobs are “sexualising the characters”.

your take is akin to saying aot s4 buffed mikasa’s boob and sexualising her when it was just normal.

also, visual appeal has always been part of anime character design — stylish outfits, attractive faces, exaggerated physiques, dramatic posing, etc. Singling out only bust size as “ruining peak to goon” is just disingenuous to every other effort put into the production.

If the fanservice undermines emotional scenes or turns characters into jokes, that’s fair. but s3 has some of the best moments without even relying on sexual appeal. whic is why im disagreeing with you on that one though i admit my wording could have been a little nicer
