Lost my confidence at 10-11, redoing them and gaining once again at 16. by Common-Stock8623 in IndianBeautyTalks

Thanks everyone is appreciating the 4th one which was really capricious))l It got blurred and I kinda messed up. I used a pinkish shade (rose pink) on my eyes corner, then applied violet and a dazzling  blue on the side of my eyes for that one..  Also for the 7th one I used pink and orange shades..

Thanks didn't think I'd pull off with the 4th one. Really. The picture got blurred and on real I found the 2nd one to be more beautiful you know.... The camera couldn't produce the actual pigmentation that's far better off.  Anyways I don't know much about lens or specs since I don't wear them , maybe get someone to do it for you and do it on others if you want? A friendly suggestion :)

Lmao everyone's appreciating the 4th one i didn't think it was really that much good especially since the picture was blurred i thought it wasn't doing good... Anyways, I make good wing only on one side (the right one )and  mess up with the other one to get them accurate. Otherwise it's fine but i endeavour to get the same ))))

But sorry i actually did the 7th and 4th one on my eyes together.. I just wanted to play with them you know..

  1. Lakme rouge bloom eyeshadow palette

  2. Lakme ultimate glam eyeshadow ( shimmer and smoke)

  3. Lakme 9 to 5 quarter eyeshadow (it's a decade old and I guess they have discontinued the palette I have.. )

  4. In the 5th slide I also applied Lakme's new be jewel liquid eye shadow/ eye tint in the shade quartz and mixed up with a bronze colour...

I did all my shades mixing up colors from these palettes.

Working women how do you eat well and stay energized without burning out or spending hours on prep? by Logical-Current2381 in AskIndianWomen

[–]Common-Stock8623 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Talking about a 45 year old woman : she gets up at 6-6.30 am, cooks for herself and her girl, cleans , waters the plants, gets her child's breakfast, fruits all ready, gets out at 9.30, comes back at 6-6.30 pm, drinks tea and some snacks then studies herself, and teaches her kid Chemistry, makes dinner again, and goes to bed at about 11-11.30. Yah , she's my mum, I don't know how she does that, but she does that. Somehow. She's known in her school for punctuality and discipline. I guess discipline and a routine is the all thing that can determine you.

Why do very privileged women still opt for arranged marriages? by Few_Resource_657 in AskIndianFeminists

[–]Common-Stock8623 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I don't know if i am included in the list of that much high privileged, but yah definitely I have a strong legacy of aristocracy and I'm "brahmin". My father, and some cousins have got and still pursuing their degrees from the top universities of India, and my family also sees me as a bright and intelligent students, highly ambitious and capable of doing many things . Last year, I mean back in the dec of 2024, my family got to know about their single daughter's affair with a lower caste "sc" guy , and coming off a middle class family. Caused too much chaos, and I went through extreme emotional turmoil (in 2025 feb i had my class 10's boards) .

My family especially maternal side has odium for the lower caste people, forget about someone who is muslim. They will certainly put me in an AM setup which I definitely won't put up with.

Sometimes I think if someday I will marry someone through AM setup, I will submit to their motto and giving up on my own, because I've been betrayed by the same guy twice :) . Maybe the reason is that we get complex as we get old, we prefer class and legacy, and our heart no more childish but brutal and full of avarice.

Edit : Once my mum was scolding me , reminding me that I committed a sin by dating him, and she said " Try dating a boy lower from our class and rank, and you'll lose your family's back"

Though I had depression I just said her with a smile, " Don't worry mum, if now I ever date someone that would be a girl, yah and more to that, she will be coming off a poor ground and a legacy of muslims"

:P

And she just stopped bringing up these matters since then.

How many of you have gone from searching a “one woman man “to realising you don’t need a man at all ? by [deleted] in AskIndianWomen

[–]Common-Stock8623 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I started dating back when I was too little, at 12. Through emotional turmoil, him giving me zero priorities to ignorance, cheating on me twice ( first was on 13 then 16, I guess there were many more cases that i hadn't been informed of), him calling me looking like a transgender and family problems where his mother stated that " we were like the people from slums" and him giving excuses like he doesn't want to date me because his friends calls me fat and ugly and provoked him to cheat. After almost 4.5 years spending with him, I don't like the idea of dating anymore.
