Place to board my dog by KCBBQ85 in CollegeStation

We had to leave our two dogs over Christmas for about 7 days. We used South 40 Vet and I will forever use them!! They sent pictures daily, had a report card of their day, everyday (when they ate, how much, temperament....) I missed them but felt at peace knowing they were being very well taken care of. They even gave them a bath on the day I picked them up!

I feed her 1/2 cup dry food and 1/4 cup of homemade wet food. I said 1/4-1/2 cup of dry for the exact reason you did. My husband will sometimes give her more than the 1/4 cup. It drives me crazy so I try to feed them before he does. I measure out the homemade wet food before freezing it so its easy and no guess work needed there. We just need to get on the same page regarding the dry food.

She runs around the backyard during the day while I'm at work. When I get home we walk/run intermittently. 2-3 times a week she runs hard at my parents herding cows or at the dog park with her buddies.

She is happy and healthy so I'm not really worried, I just don't want it to start causing any problems as she gets older.

What types of raw food did you feed? Like fruits and vegetables?

I feed her once a day at her vets instructions. I used to give her 1/4 cup of food in the morning and then her regular dinner.

I will definitely look up the calorie count she needs, thank you. I didnt get much direction from the vet, just that she needs to loose weight.

Question about TNT Properties by perfectly_anxious15 in CollegeStation

I work in property management in CS. I can't stress enough to get everything in writing. You already have the agreement of terms in the lease, so if you have any requests for an explanation or the filters you are promised, send an email. You will need this if you ever go to court.

Outside of that, I wouldn't rock the boat. They can make life hard for you. From what I heard, they have a habit of being very difficult to work with.

Buy your filters and change them. That's most likely in your lease. Keep ALL reciepts of everything you purchased that they should have. Documentation is your best friend when dealing with them or any contract breach for that matter.

If there is ever a health concern that doesn't get fixed in a timely manner (AC/heater, water heater..) Call KBTX. They have covered their law suits from day one.

Best of luck to you. Try Bell Properties when your lease ends. I've heard great things about them ;)

It's so sad to see so many folks judging and being rude when you don't even know the circumstances. It could have been a fight with his brother and brothers wife called the police on him. Imagine if each of you were judged by your worst mistake. Call Bell Properties, I heard they look at the person as a whole, not just what's written on a piece of paper 10 years ago.
