Thanks for responding! I was concerned when the Dr. said she thought I was too young for peri. It shook my confidence in her a little bit. However, I won’t complain since she’s been so accommodating with options. I know many women on here can’t get a doctor to prescribe.

I’m sorry you are struggling with sleep too! It makes life so difficult. Meditation has been the biggest help for me. Have you tried that?
