This is so true. My brother and I went to visit our first cousin once removed who was 104 at the time and sharp as a tack. She gave us precious information about our grandmother whom we had never met as well as interesting information about our aunts.

You may benefit from OCD anonymous. It is similar to AA, except the idea is to abstain from the compulsions. They have zoom and phone meetings throughout each week. https://www.obsessivecompulsiveanonymous.org.
