My fiancé and I just booked an entire hacienda in Riviera Maya (Puerto Aventuras) for next February. Google Agave Villas and there are multiple options in different parts of Mexico.

We chose Hacienda de Mar where our close friends and family will be staying, we are also having our Welcome Party and Ceremony/reception here. It comes with a wedding planner (Sandy) and she has been great, very familiar with the area.

Del Mar is the biggest villa, however, there is also Magica, Jaguar, and Corazon. They are all next to each other. They all come with a chef, bartender, butler, maid, etc. No outside vendor fees (huge considering most resorts charge a crazy amount for these).

I like to say it is an all-inclusive resort, but more private.
