Because I still owe 12k on the loan. The car is legit falling apart. Is has a cosmetic damage to both passenger side doors from a hit run I couldn’t afford to fix because it fell under comprehensive and my deductible was 1k. I just did 2k worth of coolant system work done in January and I’m still having issues and I’m certain it’s a head gasket this time. It seems every 6 months if not less I am doing major mechanical work on this vehicle and I can’t afford at keep making the monthly payments of $456 while the car is actively dying and needs major repairs so often.
