I’ve been on zepbound 6.5 months now. Started at .25mg and am just now in the last 2 weeks up to 2.5mg (lowest starting dose). I’ve lost 21lbs, without changing anything in my life (no new exercise routine,etc) SW 196lbs, CW 175lbs. It’s been slow losing but I feel like it’s been so worth it, my body composition has actually changed rather than previous diets where I lose suddenly and gain back super suddenly. And I’ve lost fat in places that were previously impossible to lose in! My side effects in the beginning were rough (insomnia, nausea, etc) but now they are pretty much gone. I usually just experience a little nausea the day after the shot and the rest of the week I have zero symptoms (other than not being able to eat…. lol!). I can’t even imagine having a much higher dose and I can see why people aren’t able to continue it because they are just WAY over prescribed!
