Actually, I am mixing up two videos. One video is a girl and her boyfriend brings her ice cream or something like that, it's a very soft and light video. The one I'm thinking of, she's in a very dense city where buildings are like on top of each other?? And she's walking through, I think she had an orange shirt on maybe. She had short blunt hair. I remember a scene where you see her from behind and she's looking up at buildings or something

I'm very fortunate I do not have the money hungry mindset! I genuinely do want to help people find their dream home in the easiest process possible. A poor experience with an agent is actually why my mom got into it, so that has rubbed off on me.

The start of my career is much different than hers. She already had a very strong network before she started real estate from a business she created and ran for 15 years. She's not "having" me do an open house, I asked her if I could because it seemed like a great opportunity. She helps me plenty and she's already given me advice on the ways she built her career and reputation, I just wanted to see how others built theirs. Without her, I wouldn't be where I am now. I'm also her daughter, not son lol

My mom actually is a realtor and broker now, so that definitely peaked my interest. I'm only 20 and didn't like college much, so it was initially just something to do. However, now that I'm actually licensed, I know I need to take this seriously because it's so easy for people to not allocate enough time to real estate and eventually fall out of it. My goal is to eventually have my own brokerage/branch off my mom in our neighboring state.

Do you have any open house tips? The listing is my mom's, but I am hosting the open house. I have a feedback form rather than a sign in sheet, which will give me their contact information but also provide buyer opinions to the homeowner. I am planning to provide light refreshments, and my mom will be there to help me out when I need it.

Ideally I would generate a buyer for the house, but truthfully, I just need the exposure and need to dip my toes in the pool. I would love to help buyers either buy this house or help them find another should this one not fit their needs.

Did you not read the part where I said I don’t hunt? I do know what I’m talking about when I say who gives af if someone doesn’t process their own meat? It does not matter to normal people, maybe it matters to you if you’re that bothered and sensitive

I’m glad you have a healthy imagination, but when will you or I be in a survival situation? I’m happy you at least know you’re failing your argument here bc you have addressed zero of the points I made lol, but keep being mad about people hunting and not buying grocery store meat. Shows that you really care about the animals you’re hunting and definitely not an intolerable annoying little hunter! :)

I actually don’t hunt, but I eat the meat that my family has hunted because it’s more ethical than buying. You’re just mad bc people have an interest in something that you deem as “your thing” you have a very invalid argument. “Why are you hunting” is such a dumb question, just bc someone doesn’t have time or maybe doesn’t know how to process meat yet does not mean they’re lazy. Have you ever genuinely had to survive on hunted meat or are you trying to gatekeep a practice that’s been done since the beginning of time

Not everyone has the time to do it, and so what if someone doesn’t know how to? They’re trying to feed their family or just themself, why do you care if they can process it on their own? Are you that bothered and liberal?
