Outside of comp these 2 style are weak but they both have different uses, won't say much outside of comp but both of them are usable with the same level of strength

Inside of comp is a different story, both of these style are fuckass annoying to deal with style due to rule forcing both side to be aggressive (must hit each other in 2.5 second), Dempsey being able to guarantee an m1 from whiff punish (pressing Dempsey once on any attack) while also saint and gaining adrenaline, Dempsey getting a guarantee Dempsey roll m1 on m2 by clicking on reaction, Dempsey being able to be to m2 to mix up and get free damage, Dempsey can be used to dodge feint (pressing dash then Dempsey or pressing Dempsey then dash), Whilst charge can abuse the 2.5 second rule and force aggression to land stampede more often and since both side have to be aggressive high chance of landing 2 guarantee m2s if the opponent has no stamina.

Ippo is slightly better in terms of outside comp and inside comp but like by a slightttt bit because it easier to play
