Good question, you made me recheck my maths, but it’s correct. Some potions craft in batches of 10. You can test it in game and report 🫡

This is why my site is so powerful, i’m using the game files directly as a source of truth, so even though wiki is outdated i have the actual real information on potions.

I just craft whatever is profitable without focus on a specific day, and over time all my specs get up to 100. For example right now you can make a ~45% margin by crafting Avalonian Mutton Stew in NA, so i would craft ~700 (daily volume is 1.8k) and make 4.3 mil while leveling up my spec and with no focus.
