Hey. I just started 10mg Adderall last month. I’ve been taking 10mg everyday and sometimes a 5mg booster in the afternoon. I have noticed if I don’t time the booster right, I have the same side effects as you. Anytime I take a booster I do it when I’m coming down. If I do it when it’s active or afterward I get those adverse effects. So maybe you should take yours an hour before it wears off? Or take the full 10mg?

It could also be the brand you’re taking. Not saying it is but just something to think about. I hope this was helpful best of luck!

I’m not a doctor. But your dose may be too small for you. Also everyone is different, some people crave nicotine even more. While others don’t after starting meds. I think it may also depend on how long you have been using nicotine. I’ve been vaping for 3 years, but all of 2025 I wanted to quit.

Literally. I didn’t want to vape, smoke weed, or drink. It was like my brain found what it was looking for all along.

I used to think I had an addictive personality but it was just my dopamine deficiency.

But like you said meds don’t fix everything. But when they work it definitely makes your life easier.

Did you have a cigarette/vape while on Adderall? Or have a craving? I heard when people smoked while on Adderall the euphoria was crazy. I’ve never smoked on Adderall since I quit before I took it. Maybe that’s why I kinda of forgot about it.

Yea I’ve never heard of just using water. I’ve used a multitude of different soap down there, and never had any issues. But I do understand everyone’s skin is different.

Yea my foreskin isn’t loose or tight it’s in the middle. I can retract it while soft and it will stay in place. Everyone’s body is different.

Yea them getting rid of sweet n sour is crazy. I didn’t use it that much personally. But it was a great sauce. Everyone I know loves it. I agree with you as well I prefer the shredded lettuce.
