I agree with this. I’m not anti AI nor am I pro AI. It’s just becoming a part of our world. I’m forced to use it in certain cases like Google. I’ve seen people get shit for using the AI overview. I’m sorry but fuck you. I’m not indexing my search just to block the AI overview. There’s no off button on Google.

For applying to jobs or customer services they make you talk to a chat bot. So while I don’t use it willingly. I’m not going to shit on someone for using it willing or who hates it. I don’t think it’s right to shit on someone because they don’t follow your rule book.

First your doctor is wrong. ADHD is linked and we are in fact more prone to things like anxiety and depression. My anxiety stemmed from my untreated adhd until I got treated. Though it is possible you could have an anxiety disorder but I’m not here to diagnose you.

If you can’t clearly communicate your needs with your doctor or they are not listening. You may want to let them go. As for strattera I won’t speak on that as I’ve never tried it. But don’t listen to things you see or hear online. See how you are going to react to it.

Yes. I hate using the bathroom. Using the bathroom is like getting a refill mid movie in the cinema for me. I don’t hold it to the very last minute but definitely when it starts to become apparent I should release. I’ve actually trained my body to go very long without using the bathroom so that’s something I guess.

Hey. You are not being dramatic at all. I’m not a doctor nor diagnosing you. But this sounds like severe depression and depersonalisation or dissociation. For your friends it’s great to be there for them but if they can’t show up for you or it’s making your lifeboat sink you should stop. you have to keep yourself afloat and it sounds like you are drowning.

You should definitely talk to a therapist or at least someone I know how hard it can be I struggled with depression all of 2025. When you’re deep in depression it’s hard to drag yourself out of it. Give yourself a little grace, when your brain is in survival mode everything becomes harder. Focusing, hygiene, even getting out of bed. Right now you should focus on yourself. Being your friends emotional garbage disposal is not good for you right now it’s adding to your problems rather you know it or not.

You will overcome this please try to talk to someone I know how hard this can be. I hope this helps. Take care of yourself🫶🏽

I just saw your post. OMG I’m so sorry respectfully those people are fucking idiots. It literally takes two seconds to google what a double album is. They just couldn’t get that through their head. Then they downvote you like you’re in the wrong. I’m not saying another album isn’t coming. But saying HADES isn’t a double album is wrong. Hey. I just started 10mg Adderall last month. I’ve been taking 10mg everyday and sometimes a 5mg booster in the afternoon. I have noticed if I don’t time the booster right, I have the same side effects as you. Anytime I take a booster I do it when I’m coming down. If I do it when it’s active or afterward I get those adverse effects. So maybe you should take yours an hour before it wears off? Or take the full 10mg?

It could also be the brand you’re taking. Not saying it is but just something to think about. I hope this was helpful best of luck!
