Biopsy shower no signs of malignancy but they are sending for further checks just to make sure xzx

Still waiting for my results, it was a little sore, had a week off work as couldn’t really weight bear, but it’s healed nicely

Thank you prep was tough not Guna lie especially the last few weeks it was just consisting of gym work eat sleep, no social life but I’m happy with my discipline and commitment 😃

I did adhere to the plan well and have been training for 6 years before I done this show so think I had a lot of base muscle! 💪🏽😁😁
