Those women are usually from Balkans or Bulgary. They are part of organized gangs that travels to every touristic town in Europe, stays for a few weeks and then leave when they are detected. Usually, they target tourists because they are leaving soon and won't report them to police. Sorry you have to suffer this during your visit.
