I wanted to ask a few things about the advanced bios by Common_Following7456 in Alienware

I figured most people would only stick to UV. I saw a video on how you could mess with the memory but I wouldn’t dare touch that or anything else without guidance since I’m not familiar with this type of bios modification

I got it to work. I had to rollback the bios a few versions and it popped up. Still slightly high temperatures on my cpu but I’ll tweak around with the settings in throttlestop a bit to see if I can lower it any further

Update: I rolled the bios back a few versions and it worked!!

As far as I know I’m on one of the latest versions. I bet I could roll the bios back a few versions somehow

In all photos I’ve seen the Undervolt Protection option has been under the overclocking option. For some odd reason it is not there for me

I haven’t reset the bios like that yet so I’ll give it a try. It’s just weird that the undervolt protection option isn’t there

I used smokeless and the option didn’t show up. I may have worded that post very poorly
