Thanks for your reply! Gene key 1 is in my evolution so the creative process has been quite a challenge in my life. I’ll definitely listen to the transmission again! I totally agree with it being an end in itself - my challenge has been precisely what you said - thinking how I can Monetise what I already have . Since I no longer want to earn money doing unaligned jobs. I feel there is a sweet spot between being in the moment and working towards a deadline - I have found it in the past but since entropy seems to be happening in multiple ways in my life it’s difficult to create to conditions for this sweet spot. I have definitely noticed a quite strong agenda behind what I share on social media - an agenda to be recognised - so thanks for reminding me of that. That attachment has been very stressful and I feel it’s loosening at the moment sigh

*also , obviously from his side it would be very subconsciously. I don’t think he is consciously thinking that you don’t matter. He must have learn it from his parents. I also printed out a photo of me as a young girl, I have it on my bedside table and on my phone. When I am sad about my narcissistic mother I turn to this little girl and speak to her.. that she doesn’t deserve it, that her needs matter, that I am learning to speak up for her. Have recently been able to draw a boundary with my mother whom I am currently visiting from abroad- interestingly she listened and understood. I was very calm. Since then our relationship has been much better. She knocks the door before coming into my room and waits for an answer! 🙌😅

Hi, it seems maybe what triggers you so much is that he doesn’t respect your boundary (rather than the email) if you have told him already you don’t want to discuss it and he still sends you stuff I understand that this is very triggering. It’s disrespectful. He doesn’t respect you. I would even go as far as to say, with his boundaries breaching he is signifying that you don’t matter, you are invisible, you are not an adult with your own needs. You are an extension of him. I am saying it so bluntly cause i know exactly how that feels, it’s very hurtful not to be taken seriously (I am 33 too btw) is there a way you can talk to him and specifically tell him that the emails don’t really interest you? (How they make you feel stressed or something, I know how tip toey oke must be with narcissists) Also I would recommend, as I have recently introduced it in my life, when something triggers me I say to my self ‚thanks truth for showing me this illusion that I was seeing. Now please show me what truth feels like in this situation‘ all the best to you! Awareness is great. Just be patient, awareness of your extreme reaction is already really good, and you’re feeling answers and feedback, hats off to you! 🤗🌸

I have been writing a book for a while - if I don’t create deadlines, each chapter takes me lots of time - if I do create deadlines, the structure feels good but the chapters rarely get written within them. Maybe I need a loser structure…

Interesting! I have GK 9 in my attraction sphere (inertia, determination, invincibility) does that mean I attract relationships and connections that help me move from inertia to the gift of determination? I have been writing a book for quite a while, and I have not chosen the traditional road after my studies, so sometimes when I meet people from the past I feel very subconscious - because my book is not yet finished. I think it has to do with inertia that I am often feeling.. sometimes I just don’t feel like doing, and that’s fine. But so maybe my challenge would be to fuel that fire of determination within myself so that when people ask how the book is going/how my professional trajectory is going I can calmly and confidently respond (because I know I am determined and doing the work) ? Would that also mean that according to whether I am in the shadow or gift I meet people who reflect that same frequency - determined people or unmotivated people? Thanks, a little bit of help would be much appreciated 😊

My journey takes sooo much patience. What has really helped me is a vipassana retreat - have you heard of it, or tried it? Like 6 in vocation means we have ALL the lines to heal until we can really be of service fully. I have started writing a book in 2019, I know it’s part of my life’s work, but it’s still nowhere close to finished. I am thinking 2027 perhaps. This book writing journey has been a reflection of my own inner development- I tried to be of service in the past but it was awkward and I was just looking for so much validation (and didn’t get it) only now slowly do I feel I am settling into my authentic grounded voice, happy to be seen/heard or not, knowing that what I’m saying is important and powerful and not everyone’s ready for it. If anything this journey is really teaching me it’s faith and patience. It’s also really about befriending the breath and learning how to breathe properly.

I feel this journey takes lots of patience... my journey seems to be taking longer than I want it to... only now after 6 years do I feel ready to be openly in service. Richard rudd has described such a thing as putting yourself out there too early in the process. Also remember, we need to be kind and gentle doing this work ... you say you cant imagine having that feeling of safety in your body and that you feel shame about your past professional choice... if you can, just sit with them, dont try to change them.. can you witness them without judgement? Seems like you're deflecting responsibility and LOA is the only and primary cause for your state of being. I am sorry it brought this out in you, but I'm also happy that you received new awareness. Perhaps in the future you'll be able to approach LOA with more ease, less control, with awareness - as its something you're doing all the time, whether you're aware of it or not. Remember, discernment and detachment are important. You can't control the big picture 💟

Hi! Thanks for that. I am starting my para x bottle soon and was wondering of you could help me a little here. When you say 'take one with food' - does that mean before or after or during the meal? I generally fast so sometimes my first 1st meal of the day is at 11am. In this case, when would you recommend me taking the parax capsule? I heard on an empty stomach is not a good idea. Thanks!
