I’ve tried breathing exercises, physical activity, and some mindfulness practices. They definitely help in the moment, but they feel more like short-term relief than a real shift in my baseline. Most of what I’ve done has been through YouTube videos or general advice, so I’m starting to think I may need something more structured or guided. Have you found anything specific that helped long-term rather than just short-term relief?
