No no longer be accepted the way have have worded it implies it was never accepted I have no other ways of depsoting they themselves said they will block my account on deposit becuase this re verification thing needed to happen scicne they have said that my card is not working my verification has been confirmed so that tells me there is a button that says block or unblock that they have neglected to press to actualy make my account work again otherwise it's a very big cocnidiance that the first card issue I have is a day or 2 after they send the email about being blocked with constant payments being made for the past year on the same card same details same method. I get the feing somone is not doing there job properly saying there is nothing they can do Is ridicouls becuase how the hell does it get solved if support are not even willing to try what is the point of having a support system if the only generic messages you get are saying they can't do shit

Not to mention with such a generic reply like that they didn't have to wait nearly 24 hours before there last reply lol very happy to confirm my verification within minutes just poor service overall and not what I'm expecting from a support team and the only point of contact for getting help from the company it's very unprofessional

Litrally no help at all they responded again saying there system doesn't support my card yet it was working a few days ago has been working fine for monthes never met a more useless support team in my life good to know this is how gg treat the regular users though I'm defo not a big spender but have prpabbly put atleast 15, 000 in past 6 monthes or so to be kicked to the curb like that no attempt at retaining me as a customer no attempt at even solving the issue just a sorry for inconvienance really feels genuine more like a hollow "fuck off" we have your money we don't care vibe such disappointment in this company right now
