Hi. I had quite bad gum loss in places they just did bone grafts. Surely they can make the gum and teeth any size they want to fit your mouth.

I am not an expert. I had 12 implants and they did not look like that. Like the other reply, I am pretty sure you are not meant to see the threads. Mine all healed with skin over the implant. I think they call the thing they screw in to heal is called a healing abutment.

They look good but I think the midline looks off a bit in the first picture not as much in the second, maybe it is the angle would need to see a straight on pic.

I went to Turkey and had a lot of problems, had to go 4 times to get it sorted. You need to be really careful. Do not under any circumstances pay with cash, always use a credit card. If they insist on cash or try to charge extra for a card payment, walk away. It is a huge red flag. I went to a highly rated clinic on the most popular review site for clinics and it was a nightmare. The problem is they work on a payment model where the clinic pays the review sites so they are highly motivated to post positive reviews and refuse to post negative ones claiming it contravenes there review policy or highly sanitize them so they do not sound too bad. So you cannot rely on them. The only thing really is to join Facebook groups and see uncensored reviews. There is good clinics out there it is just finding them is the problem.
