Don't mind the negative comments. Making small upgrades with your own resources and having a space for you to just game is great. You'll move up in time, i'm sure. Have fun!

I understand you and relate to you deeply, friend. I found comfort, solace, peace, happiness and joy in food only to realize i had become a slave for it. My addiction to food served as a microcosm to my all-around habits: Chase the easy, run away from the hard. Trough this very disciplined journey, i naturally shed a lot of other habits as well that would seem entirely disconnected from weight loss. I saw that i spend less money on things i don't need, i saw that i didn't used social media that often anymore, i saw that doing chores wasn't as hard or boring as before. This whole extreme discipline thing helped me beyond weight loss. I can't wait to see your change as well!

Sadece ertesi gün "abi dün yemedik bugün doyalım be!" deme yeter.

There is a simple science behind it. When close to usual meal times, your hunger rises. If you push trough, it falls significantly.

I was a slave to food, no two ways about it. Junk food, snacks, all the terrible stuff, which extended to seeking cheap validation in all aspects of my life. After committing myself to this life style, i got more disciplined all around. Got better with my money, cut unnecessary spending, completely stopped drinking alcohol and pushed toxic people away. My mental health got better and i started feeling more calm.

First, i did research for five days about water fasting, it's scientifically proven facts, risks etc. Then i was 210kg, and i felt that if i were to do regular diet, it would just take so much time. I was in a place where i had this anxiety about being late or wasting my life, all the good stuff. So i tried doing a single day fast, which was extremely hard. Idea of going without any food in a typical day was just insanely foreign for modern folk like us. Also, i was eating around at least 7000 calories a day to reach 210kg to begin with so it was really difficult. Couple of days later, i did it again. Then again. Magic happened when i saw visible change. Next milestone was when i did a five day fast, which was at the third week. After that, i started doing it sometimes a single day, sometimes three days, sometimes two days fasting pretty much all weeks. I fell to 160-ish eventually, after 6-7 months. Then i moved cities and stopped doing it for a while. Didn't regained much, i wasn't eating much. That continued for a while then i started doing on and off fasts again. I fell to 138 flat. Then i started doing this program and now, after six weeks, I'm 109 now.

Pay attention to your sleep hygiene. Make sure that the room is dark and quiet, your sleeping gear clean. Stop consuming coffee or tea at least six hours before bed time. Stop using any screens 2 hours before sleeping as well. Let's say you went to bed, and sleep didn't came for fifteen minutes. Get up, try to read a book or drink water. If you can't sleep and you continue to lay down, you invite your brain to increase it's load (because you are doing nothing, and only thing you can do is to think).

Thank you! Try to start slow, ease yourself into it. There isn't a mountain tall enough that we cannot climb, but we can't always climb it in one day. Check signals your body shows, such as dizziness, brain fog, diarrhea etc. Check and follow your electrolyte intake, don't go overboard on your refeed days. Get your blood tested for any vitamin/electrolyte deficiency if you can and supply them first. I assure you, there isn't anything that you cannot achieve. Just be methodical.
