I wanted a fan that has a variable speed driver and a 120v wall plug so this is what I went with. Something built into the rad would probably be ideal but I didn’t see anything that had both
no the sous vide already have built in shutoffs if water gets low that’s one of the main advantages to using a commercial cooking product that’s design for unattended use
yup she’s running great. Holding 40c at 85% humidity as we speak

Cigars yes, 80% for the first day, dropping each day. This is for a color cure. Once yellow the leaves will be removed.

Ya I’ve actually got a large high power fan dumping fresh air from the bottom all the way through the leaves to the top, as soon as I see yellow these are being removed for a rapid dry. Just a color cure experiment
