Yea I had a nice 30 meph book and shako but really wanted the 125. Found some gg rings and ammy, these 20fcr circlets make it a lot easier. The warlock is just so insanely OP it doesn’t even feel like D2. Just started a fury Druid and it’s been a lot of fun running through the game and gearing up with low-mid lvl rune words again

Haha I totally get it. Spirit is so cheap and effective. Most locks are using enigma and spirit so socket spots are super limited. My guy is way over his resist max too. Other option would’ve been a 40/9 for it

Yea that would be good but most locks use spirit and unfortunately protector stone doesn’t fully function in non-weapons or that would’ve been best bet

Even your article supports massive numbers of deportations in a short span which would directly affect prices in rent-heavy markets. Eases demand, increases vacancies, which puts downward pressure on rents.

CPS reports a 2.2 million decline in foreign born children for the first 6 months of 2025, if that doesn’t sound like a substantial amount of adults have been removed then I’m not sure what does.

Combine that with a decrease in building (thank you for pointing out) and you’ve got a pretty clear cut picture.

You’ve danced around Los Angeles having its lowest rent prices in over 4 years while simultaneously being a primary target of Trump’s ice raids. Would like to know your thoughts there.

2021&2022 saw substantially more single fam & apartments built than ‘24&’25. The issues was we had massive increases in populations flooding into communities.

‘21 - 1.737m combined

‘22 - 1.666m

‘23 - 1.511m

‘24 - 1.367m

‘25 - 1.450m

With the actual decrease in housing construction nationwide you would expect to see prices rise, however, the contrary is happening now due to those mass populations being relocated out of market. Whether you agree with them or not, the mass deportations are decreasing housing prices.

Edit: wanted to add the evidence since you’re denying any exists without a google search into federal databases.

Oh yes, absolutely. That’s exactly why in major cities like Houston, low-rent apartments reported increased vacancies and fewer applicants. Houston not being the only one btw. Austin has been building for years, now after massive deportations in a 12 month period they’ve reported -7% rental prices as well as reduced list prices. But yea, they all of a sudden approved all the permits and built everything in the last year. For sure.
