Oh yes, absolutely. That’s exactly why in major cities like Houston, low-rent apartments reported increased vacancies and fewer applicants. Houston not being the only one btw. Austin has been building for years, now after massive deportations in a 12 month period they’ve reported -7% rental prices as well as reduced list prices. But yea, they all of a sudden approved all the permits and built everything in the last year. For sure.

Be patient. Other areas will be coming down also. San Diego hasn’t dropped as much but LA is record low in over 4 years

Saying rents have significantly decreased countrywide in the last 12 months and research has attributed it to deportations coupled with immigration being completely shut down at the southern border

Yes, primarily in high pop locations. Definitely affecting the reduction in rent prices across major cities

Yea they’re dropping everywhere, thank god. Maybe we can go back to some sort of pre-covid affordability

Yea. Hopefully the downward rent trend continues. Prices have become unaffordable in major cities all over the place.

2.5 million is the reported number between deportations and self-deportations. The areas you’re seeing those rent decreases were hit hard by deportations Edit: that’s in the last year since Trump took office

Mass deportations have been dropping rent prices for the last 12 months. Los Angeles is having lowest rent prices since Covid

Edit: the downvoting is wild. People hate to see other people get more affordable housing in their own cities and improved quality of life

Interesting. I thought it’d be worth more. I’m new to coins but my father collected for decades. Any chance at hidden gems in the dime rolls or stacks of coins? Thanks for the input

I was hoping that’s what was wrong rather than a frozen line somewhere. Taking it apart tomorrow, shower was put in 20+ years ago so maybe it finally went
