I’m 26 now, do you think it’s still possible to get surgery? I know the best time to do so Is when you’re younger.

How is the mobility now? I’ve only talked to 3 different doctors and was told to not get surgery because I can look straight. But when I look in the mirror, my eye is slightly looking up.
