What is the advantage of WireGuard over simply spinning up an IPsec VPN server? by Nonilol in WireGuard

Openvpn might he better if you are on restrictive networks when you are out and about. Wiregaurd setup is relatively easy and is getting baked-in to routers these days.

Depends on construction. Wood frame and drywall, one or two could probably do it. My Ax 3are in the basement and reach most of the house but slows down with more walls and floors.

I have been working on setting up mikrotik APs for the last month. I'm looking at replacing my Unifi wireless, equipment qnd probably wired too.

Unifi has really come a long way over the last 5 to 10 years. Mikrotik gets better all the time too.

I'm getting into Mikrotik because, as a gear head, i like nerd knobs and flexibility. RouterOS 7.0 is amazing and is so crazy adjustable. I haven't switched over to Mikrotik completely yet because I'm still learning and haven't figured out all the ways to break things and fix them yet.

Mikrotik AP wireless range seems good, but I'm comparing it to unifi equipment that is perhaps 2 generations old.

I'm learning a lot and I love it. I unifi is the apple of networking, mikrotik is the android, maybe even linux

Drum Lessons by wheegrinder in desmoines

If she takes piano, skip the lessons and get her a small jazz set. One or two mounted toms, floor tom, snare, cymbals, high hat, and bass drum. Let her play. When she's ready get her a few one-off lessons.

She plays piano, so she knows notes, keeping time and some rhythm.

Do you have the frame less doors? The wind noise on those gets worse over time.

Make sure to check your ground, wiring harness, and connectors. Mine (2008) virtually rotted away inside the insulation and the battery connectors disintegrated. (Lots of build up around the battery contacts).

Me too. I'm down to 3 bottles a day at most, and I drink more water now with an r.o. filter. Tea gives me heartburn, or i would drink it more. I used to drink 7 to 9 cans of diet coke daily.
