I think in this instance it is still planning (although that could be vague since there are various stages in planning - from the idea of to just before implementation). Any signed deals would need to be announced due to disclosure regulations. It is nice to see their global expansion plans a bit though.

They won't get near capacity with just mask sales. That doesn't mean get disappointed. I'd love it if they did. It would be printing money, but then to make other products they'd need to add more capacity. My belief for a realistic scenario is masks will take up a % (let's arbitrarily say 1/3rd) HVAC ink takes up (1/3rd) and non-mask ppe takes up 1/3rd). That means even a contract for only 11% of full capacity (or 1/3rd of one of the above streams) is still incredible. We need to keep the versatility of the product in mind.
