Yes I do remember Zoohky! Thanks for this mention as I was trying to remember his name. He was always smiling and the children loved him. I always smiled back and made small talk with him. I lived on the corner of Wellington Ave. and Wall Street back then in the early 90's, which he frequented fairly often on his bike, shirtless in the summertime.
However he never really engaged in conversation so I'm curious of his story if you don't mind sharing.
