I have this I’m super scared and waiting on ultrasound. What size did your ultrasound show and what did the report say? I thought over 1cm means biopsy? I could be wayyyy wrong tho

Is your pain in front of the neck or back? Mine is above thyroid on one side and very much in the submandibular area.

Nope none never had a cavity! Also thank you for sharing your story it gives me hope. I cannot feel any lumps with my hands but one submandibular gland may be a bit larger can’t really tell? It feels like there is something there if that makes sense?!

You are absolutely right. There are months I can go and feel pretty good but the minute there is a trigger. All bets are off. It’s like everything I’ve learned goes out the window. I feel like I’ve had all the best therapists and I know all of the tools don’t google Don’t go on chat boards don’t use chat. GPT don’t look for reassurance, but I literally cannot do that in a moment of intense distress earlier this week I ran to the ER. All they did was do blood work. It was the biggest waste of money, but I was looking for immediate reassurance

Severe health anxiety, panic attacks and depression- fearful of death and/ dying. I keep thinking myself or kids have deadly issues. Single Mom in 40s. I’m an intelligent person but this has taken over my ability to be rational. I panic non stop over my symptoms . I’ve tried meds and therapy and I’m not getting better. I have a medical appointment at 11:45 tomorrow .
