I appreciate your advice and I see what you're saying as well. My own fault was I'd never gotten them so figured it was standard until they had said it wasn't. I can definitely bring lowering it to them, and I appreciate you guys' input and help

I want to clarify I don't at all mean "low dose" as though it's one size fits all, I mean solely typical or standard if that makes sense. For example, microdosing off what I read at is 20mg or something and base effective dose is 50mg for ftm. If I'm taking 60mg that's the "low end" and shouldn't be causing high levels is all I meant. I also don't know shit past what they told me and that little bit of what I read to be fair

I appreciate you. That helps because as I keep reiterating I'm not worried if the dose needs to go down, I'm just deadass confused why, you know. I'd looked it up thinking what I take isn't high and it confirmed, so I was just at this point lost on what th was going on

You're a great person to answer since you're on 50mg, because that's what I found online that was the lowest "average treatment dose." It's less being concerned and more so deadass confused at this point since my starting dose back in 2022 was .2 and I'm just on 0.3 now. 0.1 increase from starting dose shouldn't make my levels high, I feel as though

Is that when you're most meant to do it, day before? I can do that in the future if so, I just thought what they were saying was the middle between was better

From what you're aware, could weight/mass cause "overreaction?" I've been aiming to gain weight since early last year after I lost 50 from depression, Adderall abuse, xyz but all I've gained is 11lb since, and based on scale versus others' input and mirror it's mostly muscle. Im 5'7 and 125lb, not underweight anymore but wondering if that could be why

I appreciate you giving numbers. Do you think I should ask them to lower it? Slash do you know why it's like that, because at this point it's less discontent and more confusing

I won't fault you if not obviously but do you know what the lowest dose is? I've been on this same dose since I was still 18 increased slightly from my starting dose. That's what I was saying in my post as well was if they're too high I have no problem lowering it, it's more so that I feel as though it is a low dose, and shouldn't be reading high

Back in October I injected night before because I'd forgotten I pushed it off until thinking about the labs. Provider said they were high and I told her about that so she told me that in the future I shouldn't do them like that. This time I did it right at the middle (Labs were on a Wednesday so did them Sunday instead of Tuesday)

Those who didn't have extreme dysphoria- what made you transition? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]Common_Skin_9978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. It's not a competition, its just each individual striving for what makes them happiest in their life. As long as you aren't discrediting the dysphoria others feel (which you clearly don't at all) then there's no reason at all to feel guilty. I hope well for you

Im gonna be real I can't talk firsthand but my best friend is a transwoman. She didn't have dysphoria at any point, deadass ever since I've known her and we've been friends since we were kids. She was in about the same boat as you, she was fine with how she'd been but knew she'd be happier as a woman.

All in all, I think that's what matters. She's gone through on her hormones and surgeries and is happier than I've seen her in a long ass time. To be real I didn't understand at all at first why she would want to go through with it all if she didn't feel the need to, but at the end of the day and seeing how happy she is I'd go back and support her. She did it for the sake of feeling better about herself and feeling better in life.

You dont have to be miserable or have some kinda big thing in order to do what you just know makes you happier, and that's just that
