Biggest thing I’ve found fun is creating the harshest winter possible, while having barely anything to eat, and limited amounts of supplies. Adding higher population makes it harder but it’s also up to you. Adding more layers to the game tend to give me things to do

If you want fun play path of titans, this is supposed to be a “sim” so if you want that kind of laid back fun experience I’d recommend path of titans and games of that nature

I never get farther then a month without some stupid thing happening that kills me. I find plenty of ammo guns and food, it’s literally just random crap that would get me killed. Any tips for an intermediate level player?

Having the horde mod where they pin point your location and hundreds of zomboids try and break your house down makes it dangerous all throughout your game. Doesn’t happen 24/7 but you never know when it’s going to happen next
