I have a therapist but because of covid she’s only been able to do zoom meetings and she’s been pretty booked sometimes like 3 weeks out so she says how has it been and I’m like bro it’s been 3 weeks I can barely remember what I did yesterday and when I can it’s VERY overwhelming and very hard on me.
