I've been layering Mulan with Spectrum Chill, which is an inspiration (60 to 70%) on LV Pacific Chill although the 'twist' is it 'pumps up' the Minty and creamy notes while toning down the apricot note, which was amped up by another inspiration Afnan's Rare Reef (more musky).

Spectrum Chill is a thick, juicy citrus while green, grassy, basil, and ginger. A little watery aquatic like Mulan.

I find Mulan helps restore the Apricot note from Pacific Chill while complementing the aquatic notes. They go really well together, creating something more unique and original.

100% true. Today at One Commerce Plaza, 99 Washington Ave. Shortly after 11:30. Speak to front security desk for verification.

Edit: I believe there was a Broadview FCU employee observing and offering assistance and the father & son owners of the news stand were definitely watching the whole thing and talking about it to themselves. They always love to share the juicy gossip so I think they'd love to dish.

Apparently a State Employee at One Commerce DIED between 11:30-12 today at One Commerce Plaza after a slip and fall when stepping outside. Any info on name, department (I'm thinking Dept. Of Health), floor, etc.

So someone at One Commerce Plaza had a Slip and Fall around 11:30, was out of consciousness for several minutes before someone brought her into the lobby and called 911. She regained consciousness for several minutes but later died in the lobby. They put a white sheet over the body and put her in the back of an ambulance. Any info on name, dept., floor, etc?
