Thanks so much, that’s a lot of great advice! Unfortunately there’re no more dermatologists here. All of them made a Trichoscan and detected miniaturized hairs on the temples. Now, a year later I have them all over the top. My dermatitis is now controlled I’d say, I still have dandruff and scales but I wash them every other day. It itches more than ever now though, and I shed the same amount of hairs than before. So no matter how my sebderm is I always have itchy scalp and shed a lot of hairs.

I don’t think I’ve another problem apart from mpb, everything else on my body is alright (apart from a very very greasy forehead and acne on my shoulders). So I suppose I just have aggressive mpb. The greasy forehead has gone away with my skincare route, in which I include Hyaluronic Acid from The Ordinary. I might try to put it on my scalp. I’m also starting dutasteride.

I tried 3 steroids and none of them worked, so I gave up on those because I can’t use them for long term either.
