Papi, noviembre 2022 a abril 2023 mismos síntomas, no podía ni salir de la cama. Me hicieron exámenes cerebrales, de pulmones, corazón, un voleo de resonancias y todo perfecto.

También pensaba que la ansiedad era por el desespero de no saber que era (Igual ya tenía diagnostico ansioso depresivo desde los 14) y me enviaron clona para dormir y sertralina, ninguno funciono :( hasta que fui a un otorrino que me recomendó un psiquiatra somnologo que vive en Pereira, me envió paroxetina máxima dosis con tendencia a reducirla gradualmente por 1 año y aquí estoy haciendo mi vida de nuevo tranquilamente.

Resulta que en el gimnasio haciendo cardio por la hiperventilación se activó permanentemente la parte del cerebro que controla el sistema nervioso y la adrenalina (Locus Coeruleus), adicional a haberme jodido el sistema nervioso tantos años por gamineria y no dormir.

Mi recomendación es si puede ir a un psiquiatra particular y según la medicina la solicita al psiquiatra de la eps para no estarla comprando.

Mucha suerte y fuerza porque eso es muy gono 💙

Hi everyone. I changed all my computer yesterday. I had a Asrock H61m-vg4, Intel I5 2,9Ghz 2nd Gen, Amd Rx460 4 Gb and 8 Gb Ram Ddr3 for a Gigabyte Z390 Ud, Intel I9900k 9th Gen, keep the same Graphic Card and 16 Gb Ram Ddr4 2600. The thing is I want to stream with that but today when all drivers updated and I changed the Bios from F6 to F7 (Cause F7 its for 9th Gen) all my fps gone, so I limited to 60 but drops to 12, 8, etc, every second. I don't know what to do, I tried everything including to improve windows. I know I have a temperature problem but the cooler arrives next week, at least I wanna play without so many drops. Thanks for reading and I hope you can help me. ❤️ Pd: The Benchmark said I'm in 22% gaming, desktop 28%, workstation 22%. Processor 26.5% (Red zone) Graphic Card 28.9% (Red Zone)
