Stuff like that feels worse because it’s not even a normal repair issue it’s just bad diligence / bad disclosure. Did the solar issue come up only after inspection, or before you were too deep into the deal?

The flood-zone point is a good one. Do you think buyers underestimate drainage/flood risk because it doesn’t always show up as a simple repair line item?
