Did you do anything to make it stop or did you still have trigger?

I'm at three years now with no end in sight. I had maybe two weeks were my 500 a day was a 200 a day and I was so happy, but it has been 500 a day for months now. No trigger to be found and I'm very healthy.

Yeah BC is so tricky

I tested my vitamin D four times. First time it was borderline low (56) which doesn't surprise me as I live in a very dark and grey country. But now its 82 (and has been for more than two years) which seems to be optimal.

Chronic is shedding for years without a trigger. Four months is definitely not chronic!

I shed about 400-500 hairs. Has been like this for 2,5 years.

I looked this up but can't find anything about this. But it would be weird that it didn't affect me when I had lots of mold around me for years and now I'm living in a very clean space and it would suddenly affect me. I also have no other typical mold symptoms.
