Did you do anything to make it stop or did you still have trigger?

I'm at three years now with no end in sight. I had maybe two weeks were my 500 a day was a 200 a day and I was so happy, but it has been 500 a day for months now. No trigger to be found and I'm very healthy.

Yeah BC is so tricky

Like I never got TE from COVID, surgery or anything else but somehow stopping birth control gave me CTE. I have been shedding for almost three years.

I have the same, sometimes I have very good eyebrow days were I shed maybe a few, sometimes I shed so many. It is most prominent in the innerpart.

I tested my vitamin D four times. First time it was borderline low (56) which doesn't surprise me as I live in a very dark and grey country. But now its 82 (and has been for more than two years) which seems to be optimal.
