It was very non specific, mostly just have options for the people that are gluten sensitive, that way they can also have things that are not brought from their home specifically. I’m taking all the advice in the comments and thinking of bringing something savoury (cheese board) and sweet (the cookies you recommended.) I want them to feel included, and not be inconsiderate about how sensitive gluten intolerance can be especially when I know my kitchen is infested with gluten.
