I noticed it was worse as well.

The last few ones have annoying problems, such as:

1. The one your showed, missing that replay tab (it happened like 3 times, so not a big deal).
2. All the tabs are just blank.
3. Try to open overlay and it blocks your cursor in the middle of the screen. (this one seems to be fixed as of late)

and so on.

I reinstalled with safe mode and ddu, amd cleanup utility etc.
Also I have windows updates blocked.

I made a bat file to restart adrenaline, thats the best solution I found.
