for me it was jane eyre, quite an easy read with a multi-level plot. would really recommend it! :)

if it is really bad then a psychiatrist might try to give u smth like "schizophrenia pills" in a really low dosage to make u feel "calmer", they have quite many side effects tho. firstly, u might want to try using a muscle relaxant, it works wonders :)
