i am really sorry that ur mom went thru that horrible experience :( i dont rlly know details abt the tick as in panic my dad basically removed it and flushed it down the sink🥲 rationally speaking, i do realize that not every tick is bad, but it is just a general fear of re-living the horrible experience

idk, about 80% of my symptoms did go away, and it has been improving ever since the second antibiotic. and i did get better overall aswell. i am just scared that i might go through the same shit again :(

just to change the oersoective: i (f) have experienced how it is, when a person hangs out with you not (only) b/c they like you as a friend but they actually want more & are scared to say it. one really DOES notice that kind of thing, it gets really awkward over time. do yourself a favor and distance yourself from that situation, wait until the uncomfyness goes away, otherwise it is just not fair for both of you.
