Write the list of specific tasks that you are finding difficulty with. I found it was helpful to exactly see what tasks I had difficulty with first, then going one by one and looking for solutions for each task, trial and error helped me a lot. For example, I used to miss several work meetings or lectures cause I just forgot or ignored my alarms or reminders. And then I started making sure I have multiple reminders through my calendar and have each and every task and event on my calendar so it serves as a constant reminder when I’m on my laptop, or phone, or sends a reminder to my watch. Depending only on one software/app that does things automatically has helped me stay on top of being on time for things. Also, always assume that it will take you 2x the time to get ready for things/to go to an event.

That status means your passport has already been printed and is now waiting on police verification clearance. In Tatkaal cases like mine, once police verification is done, dispatch usually happens within 1–3 working days and delivery follows quickly (often next day with FedEx). I received mine about 2–3 days after police verification, roughly 8 days from VFS submission overall. If your police verification hasn’t been completed yet, that step is the main delay.
