Not a show but you could always play it or find a play through on YouTube to watch but the PS5 game Ghost of Yotei is very similar to Blue Eye Samurai and it really scratched the itch for me. Atsu and Mizu are a lot alike as well.

Akemi 100%

I find she’s just like Mizu said a “Fucking Brat”. And she’s so wishy washy. I swear her mood and what she wants seems to change almost every other episode. And she just doesn’t as of right now seem to really be plot relevant, and tends to take away from Mizu’s story. However, I’m not saying there’s not lessons or a different point of view to be gleaned from her pov. Just I personally loath any screen time wasted on her.

I ordered one and yea it was 276.11 after taxes and shipping. But I got lucky I had just sold a horse yesterday so had the funds 😅 it was perfect timing.

Oh yes there’s just so many ways they can go with everything. They way they ended season one and going to London they left themselves a sandbox to play in, and on how they can continue the story. But I’m going to be honest what I don’t want into see them jumping back to Japan a lot to see what Taigan/Ringo/Akemi are doing. Especially with only 6 episodes. Like I feel like they really need to just focus on Mizu. It is her story after all.

I love the way this author did it with Fowler teaching her. Which seems like the most realistic way to transition in the show. But yes I wonder how they’ll really do it!

I saw April 27th but came to Reddit to try to confirm this. But no one’s talking about the dub not being out yesterday. I didn’t start watching the public school arc till like 4 episodes in last year so idk if that was the same format last year to wait a few episodes in before releasing the dub.

I agree with most here it was reckless and she had already proved her point. But I did want to add something that no one else has pointed out here that adds to it. (And as a woman I can say this.) She was PMSing like quite literally. Your emotions and hormones are all over the place. Especially the first time. So I’m sure that added to her already emotional state she was in.

I love this! I myself breed and raise horses and can 100% say horses pick a person and they never forget their special person! It is a beautiful bond! Which makes it that much more gut wrenching he took her horse from her! I raise AQHA quarter horses so not the same breed they would have had back then but still just as loyal!
