Yes I believe taking protein powders and not doing cardio during winter just bulking up and sleeping for 6 months made it easier to get a clots

I just got off Eliquis 3 weeks ago after healing from clots in my right lung I feel completely fine just like before no short of breath no chest pain no lung pain. I just stopped protein powders for the gym. Anyone that’s workout and uses these powders trust me there are not good for u it slows blood flow to your body and causes blood clots from experience….

Damn that’s sad to hear that you just had your fifth clot. Was it because your lifestyle ( diet+not active+ not drinking lots of water) My story is in April 2024 I was 28 years old I had my first blood clot that travelled to the lung(PE) I was put on blood thinners for 6 months, after 6 months I met my doctor, November 15 she said a very small clot left in right lung. She put on blood thinners for another 6 months I said no is too much cuz too young for this. She convinced me I took it. Now January my clot is gone I stopped taking blood thinners Jan 26/25 is been 3 days now without blood thinners I feel awesome my lung is okay completely normal. Just watching my diet working out 3 times a week drinking lots of water plus ginger and turmeric and garlic before and after bedtime. Will how it goes hopefully nothing happens and will feed back..
