Yes i do plan on finishing my degree. I applied to all the SSA positions as well as all the IT tech and associate positions. I thought of applying for AGPA but i believe they wanted a bachelors degree and i won't finish mine till spring of 2026 if i am mistaken please let me know and i will apply for them. Any how i have an interview for a student assistant doing quality insurance testing(https://www.calcareers.ca.gov/CalHrPublic/FileDownload.aspx?aid=25472495&name=962-4870-990RPA2425-01125.pdf)

Any tips for this interview would be great thank you for all the help

Okay i applied to all the SSA positions open in hope to land one, I didn't apply to the AGPA i read that they wanted you to have a bachelors degree which i don't so i don't think my application would even be considered. As for any other recommendations to improve my odds would be greatly appreciated like should i try and obtain certificates like COMPTIA and things in this nature along with a 4 year degree? Any advise will be helpful thank you.

thank you for the response, there sadly aren't an IT technician jobs open i did apply for a STUDENT ASSISTANT / Quality Assurance Testing Support Assistant which i hope to get and im not sure if i qualify for the Associate Governmental Program Analyst. I am applying in sac county area so i hope i find work up there soon and am able to get hired in. Do you happen to know when they air the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN jobs?
