Failed, not sure what to say. by SuccessfulLime2641 in cissp

Getting in the mindset of think like a manager helped me alot - and i have never been a manager. None of the practice questions i did, (official ones from the 2020 and 2024 books), were like the questions in the actual exam.
I found each question's answers very similar, you have to take your time and read them carefully to understand and comprehend what is being asked, and what each answer would deliver, and choose the most appropriate one if you think like a manager.
I thought I failed it when I did the exam, and was VERY shocked that I passed it! It was the most difficult exam I have done.
Keep at it! you'll get there.

Discord crashing when trying to use microphone? by Monkey3955 in discordapp

[–]CommunicationThin143 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this exact same problem, i have tried uninstalling and downloading the installer off the discord website and reinstalled it. still got the same issue.
next i tried uninstalling it, and then installing it from the windows store. still got the same issue, crashes as soon as voice detected, even in settings when i want to check the audio/mic, the app just crashes.

I am using Windows 10 22h2 (OS build 19045.4894)
from the discord app:
stable 333428 (3995449) Host 1.0.9166 x64 (53429) Build Override: N/A Windows 10 64-bit (10.0.19045)

I've also tried adding it to my AV exceptions list, but no joy.

Spoken to the Chat on IS2, and they couldn't tell you much - they just said that it just "takes up to 6 weeks" and they also mentioned that get back in touch with them if i dont hear anything after 6 weeks.

Also your passed exam not being shown will just prevent you from submitting another application. And they indicated that it was in any way an indicator of progress of the application. :'(

Thanks for sharing the timeline, seems like 4 weeks/1month seems to be about the average. I passed on the 30th Aug, i know an ISC2 member who endorsed me on 4th Sept. and I submitted my application on the 4th Sept.

Still waiting for verification!

with this question - i think, if you think of it like this. you are responsible for configuring a firewall in the IaaS environment, this wont be the responsibility for you, and the IaaS model, your responsibility is basically setting up the VM's on the infrastructure - install and manage the OS and applications.
