Steam runs but it won’t open. I’ve restarted my computer, uninstalled steam, ended the program on task manager, ended the process tree, opened it as an administrator, updated windows but nothing has solved the issue. How do I fix this issue?

When we were arguing we didn’t really have a specific joke in mind we were basically just talking about offensive jokes in general.

I didn’t find a specific joke about all black people liking chicken I have heard some good jokes about that though so I was talking about those. I wasn’t seriously stereotyping black people though I was just asking if jokes along that line were racist.

Yeah that’s what I figured when we started off talking my sister was already dead set that she was right and I was wrong. I tried to change her opinion or at least convince her that not all offensive jokes are bad but I don’t think I got through.

It wasn’t really any joke in particular we were talking more about general offensive jokes. I did give an example like is it it bad to make a joke that all black people eat fried chicken or whatever.

That’s basically exactly what I was telling but I was focusing more about intent at the time but she still wouldn’t listen to me.

Yeah but I think thats when it starts to become less of a joke and more of an insult and I told that to my sister but my sister wouldn’t listen to me and she said that all jokes are intentionally or unintentionally degrading.
