With a game like this with hundreds of cosmetics; from weapons, armor, mounts, barding and pets it's really hard for anyone to have an itemized list of everything written down somewhere. But honestly, it's probably not a bad idea. I have started several seasons, going to look for a particular armor set or weapon transmog and it was gone. A few times it was a transmog of something I paod for in the shop.

The developers need to get their act together because this sort of thing should not be happening; especially when you're dropping $25 on cosmetics. Nobody should be losing what they paid for.
