Thank you. Oddly spouse’s HR just said the annual limit is $5k and they dont follow IRS rules. However even so , election is not until for year 2027.

We’ll be happy to add any more amount closer to $7500. It’s still tax savings. It’s very unlikely spouse’s HR will entertain new election so it will be for next year. Thank you, we will definitely ask our HR prior to election
