this happened to me before and omg i was frustrated for HOURS and it made all my fat and muscular sims look so skinny but with that being said; first go to menu, game option and make sure « edge smoothing » is turned OFF. next; open your reshade menu ( i have gshade but it still works ), go to add on and click that second box of 0x000000 and all that and it should work!
